Ongoing Public Procurement Procedures
Under provisions of the Art. 244 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette, No. 120/16, 114/22 and 48/26), all public procurement announcements for procurements whose estimated value is equal to or greater than EUR 50.000.00 for the procurement of goods and services, or EUR 100.000.00 for the procurement of works, are published in the Electronic Public Procurement Bulletin of the Republic of Croatia and in the Official Journal of the European Union for public procurement procedures of high value. This page does not keep records of access and download of procurement documents by economic entities, but rather the same is kept in the Electronic Public Procurement Bulletin. The procurement documentation published on this page is for informational purposes only.

Prior consultation with interested economic operators
Under provisions of the Art. 198, paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette, No. 120/16, 114/22 and 48/26) and Article 14 of the Ordinance on the procurement plan, contract register and preparation of the public procurement procedure (Official Gazette, No. 86/26) before initiating the procedure, the contracting authority shall submit the description of the subject-matter of procurement, the estimated value of the procurement, bill of quantities, technical specifications, criteria for qualitative selection, contract award criteria and special contract performance conditions, as well as conditions and requirements that must be met in accordance with special regulations or professional rules.
The contracting autorithy reserves the right to amend the published documentation during the preliminary consultation, in which case it will extend the deadline for submitting comments and proposals so that there is at least seven days between the publication of the amended documentation and the deadline for submitting comments and proposals.
